A submission is entered only for a signed-in account whose entrant has completed 18+ verification, and only if the physical mail is received at this address before the relevant drawing begins and the form is complete, legible, and properly filled out. Late, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise noncompliant submissions are not entered and do not reserve a spot. Mailing a form does not itself guarantee entry; only an accepted submission linked to an eligible account is logged and assigned an available spot by the administrator. Entrants must pay their own postage, and the completed physical mail must be received at 203 Seventh St E, 3A, Cincinnati, OH 45202 before the relevant drawing begins.
